I have been going to Fraser Valley Footcare for over three years now. I will say I was a little apprehensive at first about having any type of foot care done. Although I have diabetes and Rheumatoid Arthritis which makes proper foot care very important but difficult to maintain, I still believed that I should be perfectly able to take care of my own feet. Since they were so very sensitive, the last thing I wanted was a stranger touching them.

Silviu has always been kind and considerate and patient with every one of my concerns. By seeing him, I learned that I had nothing to fear and that I am in good hands. He carefully assesses my feet at every visit and will mention any concerns he may have about things he sees. He has never caused me pain or injury and I never feel rushed when I see him for my appointment. He even ends each appointment with a foot massage and some nice foot cream before putting my shoes and socks back on for me. He calls it the “full service” experience.

On the professional side, the tools he uses for your care are kept individually for you alone. Those tools are not used for other clients. Everything that is shared, such as clippers and files are sterilized in an autoclave and not reused unless they have first been sterilized. His care and attention to details and cleanliness as well as your health and safety are second to none and I have full trust in his expertise.
